In this role, you will take on a key responsibility for driving recruitment strategy, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless execution of talent acquisition processes across Global Business Services. This role is focused on proactive problem-solving, process compliance, and performance development, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and minimizing escalations. The Team Leader also plays a hands-on role in interviews and candidate assessments when required to meet business demands or coach team members in best practices, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.
