Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will be doing:

Do you love connecting great people with great opportunities? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part detective, part storyteller, and part matchmaker.

Every day, you will search for exceptional talent, build meaningful relationships, and help shape the future of the organization one hire at a time. You will partner with leaders to understand what success looks like, create an outstanding candidate experience, and bring our employer brand to life.
You will:

• Partner with hiring managers to find the right people, not just fill positions
• Create memorable candidate experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Use creativity, data, and market insights to attract top talent
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and innovative hiring practices
• Help build teams that drive growth, innovation, and success

This role is perfect for someone who is curious, people-focused, and energized by making connections. Every hire tells a story, and you will help write the next chapter for both candidates and the organization.

Your superpower? Seeing potential in people before others do.
