WHAT IS THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functionalities to bridge the gap between our business and IT development teams. In this role, you'll be key in gathering requirements and ensuring clear communication, leveraging your technical knowledge of CPQ and Salesforce. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to inform the development process. Analyze existing CPQ workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement. Translate these requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT teams and facilitate sessions to validate the requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and IT development teams. Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to gather input on CPQ functionalities, and consolidate feedback into actionable insights. Build proficient relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned.
