Special Assistant to the CEO (gn)

IDEEMATEC is one of the world's leading manufacturers of utility-scale solar trackers and the global technology leader in Agri-PV. Our trackers offer unique advantages such as high reliability across the entire lifecycle, resulting in low levelized cost of electricity (LCOE).

As a pioneer of commercial solar trackers in agriculture, our Agri-PV solutions open up a new market segment to combine cost-efficient power generation with agricultural use.

With more than 10 GW of installed projects worldwide, we are entering our next phase of growth. Alongside our international markets, Germany holds high strategic priority as our home market.

Our customers include independent power producers (IPPs), major project developers, EPC companies, utilities, and strategic investors. Together with them, we develop solutions that not only optimize individual projects but make entire project portfolios more efficient, resilient, and economical.

We are growing internationally and are looking for people who think entrepreneurially, take ownership, and want to help shape the next generation of global solar infrastructure with us.
