At Exotec, we design elegant, plug-and-play, and reliable end-to-end warehouse robotics solutions. As a leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Integrator, we support some of the world’s most iconic brands in their transition to automation.

We’re proud to design technology that doesn’t just redefine intralogistics, it also makes warehouses safer, faster, more efficient, and less physically demanding for the people working inside them.

Why does this role matter?

Our Solutions Engineering team turns complex logistics challenges into high-performing automation solutions.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll take ownership of qualified customer opportunities and work closely with Sales throughout the sales cycle to design compelling technical and commercial solutions. • Define performance requirements and develop solutions that balance technical feasibility with commercial considerations.

Own the technical solution throughout the sales cycle

• Take ownership of qualified opportunities and partner with Sales Executives to develop winning technical and commercial proposals.

• Clarify customer requirements and project scope, including technical specifications, pricing inputs, timelines, implementation constraints, costs and margins.

• Present solutions clearly and confidently to customers and partners, adapting your approach to both technical and business stakeholders.

Collaborate from concept to implementation

• Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the opportunity and project lifecycle.

• Contribute to project handover, deployment and ongoing solution maintenance after the sale.

Help us continuously improve

• Share customer and market insights with our HQ teams to improve standards, products and ways of working.

• Contribute beyond your individual projects by helping strengthen solution-engineering practices and standards.

• Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
