As you upgrade existing controls or build new ones, you’ll ensure they scale and keep things smooth for genuine customers by working closely with other wise’s teams. You’ll also team up with the operations folks who run these controls to make processes and tools faster, cheaper, and more effective. And you’ll stay close to our global due diligence and financial crime prevention teams to bring global enhancements into LATAM’s control setup.

Your Mission

• Build and launch controls that detect and block suspicious activity while meeting regulatory requirements.

• Strike the right balance between strong protection and a great experience for legitimate customers.

• Partner with KYC, Fraud Preventions and CS Operations to design scalable processes and tooling.

• Track results and keep iterating based on data and emerging threats.

• Monitor and improve control effectiveness and assurance.
