Senior Manager, Sales

As a Senior Manager, Sales, you will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Representatives, driving results across all aspects of field sales while consistently exceeding ambitious targets. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership — coaching talent, managing pipeline, and executing go-to-market programs that make a real impact. If you are a self-starter with a passion for developing people, a track record of building winning sales teams, and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment, this is the role for you.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead, expand, and coach a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives — providing the resources, training, and day-to-day guidance needed to consistently achieve and exceed targets, including active call shadowing, ad hoc feedback sessions, and impassioned motivational leadership.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closure, supervising and executing end-to-end sales activities, proactively managing team pipeline to ensure both quantity and quality of opportunities are on track for quota attainment, and measuring and reporting against KPIs for senior leadership.
• Conduct and execute quarterly business plans, create and develop new programs and campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Sales, and design incentive plans and SPIFFs that foster a competitive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top sales talent, and invest deeply in the growth and long-term success of each team member through mentoring, career development, and a genuine commitment to both individual and collective goal attainment.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of SentinelOne's full capabilities, build strong networks across all levels internally and externally, and drive a culture of continuous innovation, accountability, and excellence across the sales organization.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 3 years of sales management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of exceeding goals as both an individual contributor and a team leader — cybersecurity or endpoint security experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead highly skilled, motivated, and results-oriented sales teams, with a passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent and experience delivering both positive and constructive feedback that drives real growth.
• Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation — combined with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, including the ability to create and track individual and team metrics, manage pipeline with precision, forecast accurately, and execute programs and campaigns with limited guidance.
• A "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude and the energy to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment, with a BA or BS degree required and willingness to travel as needed.
