Senior Google Ads Specialist | International E-commerce | Remote ASAP

ennovationHUB is a rapidly growing international e-commerce group specialising in home & living, with a particular focus on furniture. Our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London support customers across the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.

As we grow toward €160m+ in annual revenue by 2027, we are seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join us as soon as possible. You will take ownership of Google Ads for one of our portfolio brands, with direct responsibility for growth, efficiency, and profitability.

About the role:

This position offers the opportunity to manage Google Ads within an international e-commerce business operating across multiple brands and markets. You will work with substantial advertising budgets and see a clear connection between your decisions and the company’s revenue and profitability.

Google Ads is an established part of our growth strategy. Our international reach creates a complex environment with considerable opportunities for someone who enjoys analysing large datasets, identifying performance improvements, and putting ideas into practice.

You will partner with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to strengthen current campaign performance and ensure it can scale efficiently alongside the business.

Your responsibilities:

• Own Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets

• Develop, manage, and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types

• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability

• Take accountability for growth, efficiency, and overall results within your assigned portfolio

• Identify opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audience segments

• Turn campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Conduct account audits and implement continuous optimisation initiatives

• Work with developers and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ads and landing page effectiveness

• Support budget planning, performance forecasting, and reporting

• Stay informed about platform updates, AI-driven advertising features, and industry best practices

• Help shape testing strategies and experimentation frameworks that improve long-term performance

Your impact:

You will build on a Google Ads channel that already delivers results. Your role will be to uncover further opportunities, improve efficiency, and scale successful approaches. In a competitive e-commerce market, small improvements can make a substantial difference to business performance.

You will work with experienced colleagues who move quickly and care about results. We value people who think independently, use data to challenge assumptions, and take responsibility for their decisions.

You will be trusted to make changes, own outcomes, and contribute directly to the growth of the business. This position requires both hands-on execution and a clear understanding of the commercial impact of your work.

In-house e-commerce experience is a firm requirement. Candidates whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who has owned performance within an e-commerce business, where results are measured through revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.

You should have experience working directly within a commercial organisation and be comfortable taking responsibility for implementing decisions and delivering results.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

• Proven experience managing Google Ads within an e-commerce business, with direct responsibility for performance and profitability

• Strong practical experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

• Experience working as part of an in-house e-commerce team

• Confidence working with large datasets and identifying insights that lead to action

• A strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment

• A curious, proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement

• Confidence making independent decisions and taking ownership of results

• Openness to adopting AI and automation as we expand their use across the business

• Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible

How you work:

You bring senior-level judgment while staying closely involved in practical execution. You use data to guide decisions and translate analysis into clear actions.

You are naturally curious, regularly seek performance improvements, and focus on outcomes. You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and are motivated by the opportunity to build and scale.

Our international team and travel:

Our team works across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou. We continue to invest in strengthening our team presence as the business grows.

The role requires travel approximately every 4–8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, London, or other team locations for planning sessions, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions. For this reason, we will prioritise applicants based in Europe, allowing for closer alignment with our working hours and easier travel to meet the team in person.

While most work takes place remotely, we value spending time together in person to collaborate and support the company’s continued growth.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to scaling an international e-commerce business over the coming years.

Our culture at ennovationHUB:

We value:

• Accountability and ownership of results

• Taking action and delivering on commitments

• Clear, straightforward communication

• Learning through doing

We welcome people from diverse backgrounds. What matters most is doing your work well, taking responsibility, and helping the business move forward.
