In this role, you will take take ownership of advanced and complex accounting tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of financial operations. This role acts as a key resource in solving escalated issues, streamlining processes, and providing insights to optimize the accounting workflow. The Senior Accounting Coordinator will also mentor junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert on critical finance operations, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle complex invoice processing tasks, including three-way matching for high-value or disputed invoices.
- Investigate and resolve escalations from suppliers or procurement teams, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies within accounting processes and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
