TEAM MISSION
As a Senior Account Executive Lead you will report to our Head of Sales EMEA and lead a team of 10 Account Executives spread across Paris, Amsterdam, and Dubai offices. Together, they're on the front line of supply growth: prospecting, acquiring, and signing the region's best attractions and activity partners, building relationships that last, and turning every deal into a strategic supply advantage for GetYourGuide.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed new supplier acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build a disciplined operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, activity and conversion dashboards, call coaching, and deal strategy sessions.
- Drive sales process excellence: identify and scale opportunities across the funnel ( outreach tactics, pitch quality, objection handling, pricing/terms negotiations, pitch, deal cycle management)
