Sales & Strategy Intern - CCO Office, DACH

Ready to kick-start your career in an AI-first B2B tech company transforming the future of e-commerce logistics and retail?

Parcel Perform is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Go-to-Market and Sales activities across the DACH region. Working directly with our Chief Customer Officer and Co-founder Dana von der Heide in our Berlin office, you will gain hands-on exposure on revenue growth and strategic initiatives as well as go-to-market execution in one of our key markets.

If you're interested in learning how an international B2B SaaS business scales and in gaining direct experience from a founder, this role offers practical experience with real impact.

We currently prioritize full-time interns who are willing to commit for a minimum 6 months.

Aufgaben

This isn't a coffee-and-copy internship. You'll be working directly alongside our Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder, getting a front-row seat to how enterprise deals are shaped, won, and grown at an AI-first B2B SaaS company.

• Be in the room where it happens. Join strategic customer meetings with some of Europe's leading brands, helping prepare the agenda, briefing materials, and follow-up communications — so you understand not just what was said, but why it matters commercially.
• Own the executive narrative on LinkedIn. Help manage and craft regular personal branding content for our CCO on LinkedIn — one of our most important sales channels. You'll learn how thought leadership directly drives pipeline and builds trust with enterprise buyers.
• Keep the engine running. Support inbox management for a senior executive, learning how to prioritise, triage, and action communications in a fast-moving sales environment.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with seasoned enterprise sales professionals. Collaborate with experienced Key Account Managers across the DACH region on real accounts — contributing to proposals, account research, event preparation, and CRM hygiene that directly influences revenue outcomes.
• Support high-impact events and customer moments. Help organise customer visits, industry events, and executive meetings — from logistics to follow-up — gaining a holistic view of how enterprise relationships are built and maintained.

You'll leave this internship with a deep understanding of how B2B enterprise sales actually works — not from a textbook, but from lived experience.

Qualifikation

You don't need years of experience. You need the right mindset.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely curious about how enterprise B2B works, takes initiative without waiting to be told, and brings the kind of attention to detail that makes everything around them run smoother. If you get energised by fast-moving environments, like understanding the why behind commercial decisions, and want to learn from people who've actually built something — this is your role.

More specifically:

• You're studying or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or you've found another path that's given you the same foundations.
• You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken. Being able to move naturally between the two — including translating content — is essential in our DACH market context.
• You know your way around AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini and actively use them to work smarter, not just faster.
• You're highly organised and reliable. In a senior executive environment, that's not a nice-to-have — it's the baseline. You follow through, flag early when something's off, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
• You're motivated to be present. This role is based in our Berlin office — because the best learning happens in the room, not on a screen.

Bonus points if you have a genuine interest in e-commerce, logistics, or the intersection of AI and enterprise software — but we can work with curiosity and drive if the passion isn't there yet.

Benefits

• Learn how enterprise B2B actually works — from the inside. You'll sit in on high-stakes customer conversations, contribute to live commercial decisions, and see how a globally scaling AI SaaS company operates day-to-day. This isn't theoretical — you'll leave with experience that most people only get years into their careers.
• A mentor who is also a founder. Working directly with our CCO and Co-Founder means you'll get unfiltered access to the thinking, decision-making, and leadership style that has built and scaled Parcel Perform. You'll understand what it takes to build something from the ground up — and how to grow it.
• A team that invests in you. You'll be embedded in a high-performing, international sales team across the DACH region — not a side desk, not a shadow role. You'll contribute to real deals, real accounts, and real outcomes alongside experienced professionals who genuinely enjoy developing the next generation of commercial talent.
• A front-row seat to AI in action. You'll see first-hand how an AI-first product is taken to market, sold to enterprise clients, and evolved based on customer feedback — giving you rare insight into one of the most exciting intersections of tech and commerce right now.
• A Berlin base worth showing up for. Our office is in Rosenthaler Platz (Mitte) — one of the city's most vibrant neighbourhoods, with great transport links, excellent lunch spots, and a working environment that energises rather than drains.
