In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting our Supply Chain Operations in the generation of purchase orders for various HelloFresh markets across Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our ordering processes using a combination of in-house tools and Google Suite packages. Working closely with the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Forecasting teams, you will raise, edit, and send purchase orders to suppliers, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Inbound Delivery & Order Accuracy: Calculate, raise, edit, and issue accurate purchase orders across assigned category areas to ensure ingredients arrive on time and in full.
- Perform Comprehensive Audit & Data Quality Checks: Execute thorough quality checks on purchase orders to verify data accuracy prior to supplier distribution, maintaining total confidential and operational integrity.
