Provide broad-based financial controlling support across the Indirect Controlling team's full scope — budget, indirect personnel costs, indirect procurement, business partnering, month-end close, and process improvement — flexing capacity to wherever the team needs it, rather than owning a single dedicated business unit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close across indirect cost areas, including both personnel and procurement
- Assist with indirect personnel cost reporting
- Support indirect procurement spend analysis and savings tracking alongside the Senior Indirect Cost Controller
- Provide business partnering support to BU owners on the team as needed
- Contribute to recurring reporting packs and process/automation improvement initiatives
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases as needed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred
- Some experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role (entry-level candidates with strong fundamentals considered)
