As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo, with a focus on high-performing Local Gems and selected national chains. These partners play an important role in attracting customers to the marketplace and represent strong growth opportunities for Deliveroo. You will work closely with your partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow their business on the Deliveroo platform. • Lead the delivery agenda with your partners to ensure they are operating with excellent fundamentals, and define and execute joint initiatives that drive sustainable growth for both Deliveroo and your partners.

• Lead the day-to-day management of your accounts, interacting primarily with stakeholders who manage daily projects or operations. You will work on negotiations and longer-term account plans in collaboration with your Restaurant Partner.

• Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality

• Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns

• Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform

• Demonstrate the ability to resolve day-to-day issues and problem-solve independently, seeking advice for more complex problems when necessary

• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to lead new projects and drive initiatives forward
