Portfolio Performance: For both TS-AS and AE track performance of their respective portfolios and drive optimization strategies for things like forecast attainment, product activation and churn prevention.
Pipeline & Funnel Optimization: Track and optimize both Sales and TS-AS conversion funnels—refining assignment criteria, assessing channel performance, evaluating lead flow, and diagnosing key blockers to revenue attainment.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Conduct TAM/SAM analysis to inform regional expansion, build capacity/ramp-up forecasts, and shape the data-driven framework for transitioning from inbound sales to outbound outreach.
Team Performance & SLA Analytics: Define KPIs to evaluate rep and agent health, tracking support SLAs, sales deal velocity, target attainment, and overall operational capacity.
