Doctolib is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in our Berlin office.
As a Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers and tech interviewers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Send critical candidate communication during the recruitment process.
- Help maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage complex interviewer pools, candidate information and interview supporting materials.
- Adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.
- Contribute to interview process design, track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview) and own your own projects with a focus on process improvement while leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on Tech & Product recruitment end to end processes.
