Today, most of our videos start as a one-off request and end after one shoot. Your job is to change that. Every shoot should become five or more finished videos. Our best series should become recognisable formats that people look for. Everything we publish on YouTube and LinkedIn should be something people remember and something search engines and AI assistants can find and quote.
➡️ What you’ll do
- Decide what gets made. You’ll priorotise requests against the brand strategy, evaluate every month what we can output communicate limits to stakeholders.
- Turn one shoot into many videos. You’ll run the system that makes this routine: dedicated editing and motion design, and tools for reframing, clipping, subtitling and AI voice localization. You’ll also rework our workflows with AI-assisted production.
- Build series that belong to Qonto. Business Finance Academy, Product Drop and The Industry Numbers are the start. You’ll give each one a clear idea, a recognisable look and a fixed format, so our videos feel like Qonto in all six markets.
- Raise the standard for scripts and copy. You’ll manage our copywriters, from scripts and hooks to captions and transcripts. You’ll decide when a script deserves real craft time and when a template does the job.
- Work with outside producers. You’ll set up a trusted bench of studios and freelancers, with clear briefs and quality checks. You’ll also give each market one contact for planning and prioritising.
- Real craft in video. You’ve made or shaped video work you’re proud of, and you can explain why it’s good. You keep that standard when time is short.
- Experience managing creative people. You’ve led producers, editors or copywriters, ideally a team of around eight, and you can balance delivering work with building better tools and processes.
- A track record with recurring formats. You’ve built series, characters or sets that audiences came back to, and you’ve kept them consistent across markets or languages.
- A feel for both audiences. You know how to make a video people remember and how to make it easy for search engines and AI assistants to find and cite.
- A clear head under pressure. You’re comfortable with numbers like lead times and capacity, and you can turn down a senior stakeholder with good reasons while keeping their trust.
- A team that’s ready for a new direction. Eight producers and copywriters, with a model to move from one-off requests to formats that build on each other.
- Clear goals. Videos delivered within 30 days for time-sensitive launches, at least five finished videos per shoot, and a growing share of outside production. We’ll also track how often our flagship series are cited by AI assistants.
- Two channels, six markets. YouTube in five markets, adapted locally, and LinkedIn run centrally. You’ll define how Qonto looks, sounds and feels in motion.
- A voice in the Creative Factory. You’ll work alongside Brand Design and the other creative teams, and bring video’s craft standards to the whole group.
- Direct access to decision-makers. When demand outgrows capacity, you’ll raise the trade-offs with senior leadership, with the data to back them up.
At Qonto, we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick — who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we’ve been searching for all along.
