Growth Marketing Intern / Working Student (d/f/m)

Education is one of the hardest nuts to crack, and that's exactly what makes it worth it. At OneTutor, we combine startup velocity with real impact: AI tools that help people actually learn better. OneTutor is a TUM spin-off building an AI tutor for higher education. 50+ universities and academies use us, among them TUM, LMU, LUH, WU Vienna and Raiffeisen Campus.

You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire, who works directly with our growth founder. For the next four to six months, most of what lecturers read, see and attend from OneTutor will be something you helped make.

Tasks

Content

• Build the channels that make lecturers discover and trust OneTutor: from LinkedIn and newsletters to articles and customer stories.
• Interview professors & students who use OneTutor and turn their experiences into stories
• Help shape how OneTutor and its founders are positioned in the market, and test your own ideas for what resonates.

Design & Assets

• Design the visuals for everything we publish: LinkedIn post images, ad creatives, website banners and company page graphics
• Make the material people hold in their hands: flyers, posters, booth design, conference collateral
• Keep all of it on brand, and sharpen the brand where it isn't good enough yet

Events

• Run formats that create real demand: roundtables, webinars and events that bring lecturers into conversation with OneTutor.
• Organise our presence at education conferences, from booth design to the follow-up list afterwards

Requirements

What you bring

• German at C2 level and fluent English. Our customers teach in German.
• Some hands-on marketing. An internship, a student initiative, your own content, a side project. A portfolio beats a CV.
• An eye for design. You can build a clean post image, banner or flyer using Canva or Claude Design.
• A natural connector. You bring people together and build relationships that last.
• We are open to talk even if you prefer a working student position. Ideally with regular time in our Munich office.

• Intern: 4–6 months, full-time

• Working student: 20h/week, ongoing

• Compensation Intern: €2,300/month, plus Deutschlandticket and EGYM Wellpass

• Start: As soon as you're available

Benefits

• A weekly 1:1 with our growth founder and direct feedback on everything you ship
• Campaigns that are yours, with results you can show: portfolio work, not slides in a drawer
• A seat at the table for pricing, sales calls and fundraising, so you see how a seed-stage company actually runs
• A full-time offer with competitive salary if it works out on both sides
• Subsidized EGYM Wellpass (fitness) and Deutschlandticket Job
• Cool office next to Theresienwiese, central Munich

We move fast, take ownership and care deeply about quality. If that sounds energising rather than exhausting, you'll like it here.

Send your CV and one thing you've made: a post, a page, an event, whatever you're proud of.
