Founders Associate (all genders)

Your mission

Starting August 2026 and based in Stuttgart or Berlin, you'll join us as our Founders Associate, working directly with our CEO and COO to drive the most strategic initiatives across the company. You'll be the right hand on high-impact decisions, the operator behind cross-functional execution, and the connective tissue between leadership and the rest of the team. This role gives you visibility and ownership across product, GTM, operations, and finance from day one. It's a rare opportunity to shape how an AI-driven SaaS company operates from the inside, side by side with the founders.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, board prep, investor materials, and the long-term company narrative.
• Support the COO on company-wide planning, the operating cadence, KPI systems, and internal processes that scale with us.
• Drive cross-functional projects, from product launches and market entries to operational improvements and internal workflows, from concept to delivery.
• Build structured analyses, business cases, and decision frameworks that inform our most important calls.
• Identify and unblock bottlenecks, then build the systems that stop them from coming back.
• Prepare strategic insights and reporting that keep leadership and the team aligned.
• Be a cultural co-creator across our Stuttgart and Berlin hubs.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) or an equivalent high-performance environment.
• Sharp analytical thinker with structured problem-solving skills and a bias for action, you don't just frame the problem, you ship the solution.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and tells the story behind the numbers.
• Strong commercial instinct and genuine curiosity about how a B2B SaaS business actually runs.
• Comfortable holding multiple workstreams in parallel, navigating ambiguity, and switching context without losing rigor.
• Hands-on operator mindset: you bring clarity, ownership, and momentum to everything you touch.
• Based in Stuttgart or Berlin.
• Bonus: prior exposure to a startup, B2B SaaS, AI, or industrial/supply-chain context.

Not Quite Your Thing?

This role is for people who love variety, ownership, and momentum. If you're looking for a clearly defined job with fixed responsibilities, prefer to analyze from a distance rather than execute in the trenches, or want a remote setup over building in person with the team, this probably isn't the right fit. We're looking for someone excited by ambiguity, who wants to learn fast, grow fast, and contribute across functions. If that energizes you, let's talk.

Why You’ll Love This Role

• Direct access to leadership. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and COO on the calls that matter most.
• Real ownership from day one. You'll run workstreams end-to-end across product, GTM, and operations, not just produce slides.
• An accelerated learning curve. This is the post-consulting role that compounds: you'll see how strategy, operations, GTM, and product fit together in a scaling AI business and you'll help shape all of it.
• An office-first culture in Stuttgart or Berlin. We believe the best work happens shoulder to shoulder. You'll join a team that values in-person collaboration, fast feedback loops, and the energy of working side by side every day. The occasional home office day is fine, but if you're looking for a fully remote or hybrid-heavy setup, this isn't the right role.
• Annual team week. Once a year we all come together somewhere inspiring working side by side, sharing meals, and enjoying each other's company.
• Shared success. You'll be part of our Virtual Stock Incentive Plan (VSIP), giving you a real stake in what we're building together.
• A clear path forward. This role is designed as a launchpad into GTM, operations, strategic finance, or general management.

The Tools You’ll Be Using

You don't need to be an expert in all of these. What matters most is curiosity and speed of learning. We currently use:

• Notion for knowledge, planning, and documentation
• Teamwork to manage projects and priorities
• HubSpot for CRM, pipeline insights, and commercial reporting
• Excel for KPIs, modelling, and analysis
• Outlook & Teams for email and scheduling
• Slack for day-to-day communication and quick collaboration
• Modern AI tools that we use throughout the business and which you'll help us push further You'll help us improve how we use these tools and introduce better ones where it makes sense.

Ready to Be Part of Something Big?

If you're excited to build the operating system of a fast-growing AI company alongside an experienced founding team, we'd love to hear from you. Let's build something great together.
