We’re looking for full-time Customer Service Agents (40 hours per week) to join our Support team in Tirana, Albania.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Communicate with customers, restaurant partners, and riders via chat and phone, using Wolt’s tone of voice while adapting your communication style to each situation and audience.
- Help ensure deliveries run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a great overall experience for everyone involved.
- Support the continued development of our Support function by working closely with the Customer Support team and other teams across Wolt to improve processes and ways of working.
