In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in converting artwork, logos, illustrations, and customer designs into optimized embroidery stitch files using Tajima DG16. This individual combines technical digitizing expertise, embroidery production knowledge, and quality control skills to create efficient stitch plans that run smoothly on commercial embroidery machines while maintaining the highest possible visual quality.
The ideal candidate understands not only how to digitize designs, but why specific stitch types, densities, underlays, pull compensation, and sequencing decisions affect production outcomes.

What you’ll do
ADVANCED EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING
Convert customer artwork into production-ready embroidery files.
Create efficient stitch paths that minimize trims, jumps, thread breaks, and machine downtime.

Preferably with at least 2-3 years of professional experience

Background in supporting embroidery production teams.
Experience managing digitizing workflow and production optimization.
