Director, Manufacturing Value Stream
Global Value Stream As a Director on the Global Value Stream team, you will lead our Manufacturing value stream within HelloFresh's global supply chain, shaping the strategy and execution model for how we standardize, improve, and scale our operations worldwide. You will lead a team, set the department's operational agenda, and serve as a senior voice of operations across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and global strategy.

- Define and execute the strategic direction for the portfolio of Manufacturing processes, owning the multi-year capability roadmap and global template.
- Lead and build a high-performing, accountable department with clear OKRs aligned to company strategy.
- Set the governance framework and operating model for how the Global Value Stream team designs, validates, and deploys process and technology standards internationally.
- Partner at the executive level with Operations, Product, Engineering, and others to align on global priorities, technology investments, and performance benchmarks.
- Serve as the final decision authority on process deviation requests, capability exceptions, and cross-market design trade-offs.
