Digital Marketing Intern (Russian speaking)

About Transparent Hiring GmbH
Transparent Hiring is an international relocation and recruitment agency helping IT professionals from around the world build careers in Germany and across Europe and relocate there with confidence. We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years and combine the flexibility of a startup with the stability of an established team.

Internship Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing and content initiatives and learn hands-on how digital marketing works in a real, fast-moving environment. No prior marketing experience is required. If you’ve done any social media, writing, or website-related work before, that’s a plus.

You’ll work closely with our marketing lead and founders, receive guidance and feedback, and gradually take ownership of tasks as you grow. At the end of the 6-month internship, we’ll run a performance and fit evaluation and, if it’s a strong match on both sides, explore the possibility of transitioning into a long-term role (depending on performance and business needs).
