Business Development Manager

• Present Deliveroo's value proposition clearly and persuasively, addressing the specific needs and concerns of each business.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful onboarding of new partners.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Onboarding, Account Management) to ensure a smooth and successful launch for new partners.

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and the local food and beverage landscape.

• Meet and exceed targets for new partner acquisition.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress within CRM systems.

Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker is essential.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in French is a strong plus.

• Proven sales experience is a significant advantage.

• A genuine passion for food and the restaurant/grocery industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
