Account Executive

About the Role

Founded in 2023, REMATIQ is changing how MedTech product development teams operate with a highly specialised AI platform that helps companies move faster while maintaining quality and compliance.

We work with some of the world’s leading life sciences and MedTech companies, including Philips, Siemens Healthineers, B. Braun, and Novartis. We are backed by exceptional investors, and are now preparing for our next stage of scale and growth as we move toward Series A.

We are hiring a full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive to own the complete sales process for large Life Sciences accounts, from prospecting through close. This is a quota-carrying role with uncapped variable compensation tied to performance.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and work in a hybrid setup, with the team coming together in our office in the heart of Berlin-Mitte typically four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from initial engagement through negotiation and close

• Position REMATIQ as the leading AI compliance & documentation solution for Life Sciences to VP and C-suite decision makers

• Demo existing and new product capabilities; build compelling ROI cases to win over multi-stakeholder buying committees

• Co-own and continuously improve our GTM playbook

• Collaborate with our broader team, take ownership of improving our product and processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS or life sciences consulting/sales role, selling to large enterprise accounts

• Experience selling complex solutions to VP and C-suite buyers

• Experience closing high six- or seven-figure deals with complex, multi-threaded sales cycles

• Proven track record of high performance, consistently ranking in the top 10% of their team

• Experience thriving in a high-growth startup environment

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product and industry concepts into compelling business value

• High ownership: you build your own pipeline, improve your process, and help shape the broader GTM playbook

• Comfortable getting technically deep enough to understand a complex product and sell it credibly

• AI-native in how you work, using AI tools regularly to improve research, preparation, outreach, and productivity

• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to Life Sciences companies, targeting R&D, Quality or Regulatory Affairs teams

• Experience selling to highly regulated industries (e.g., accounting/auditing, banking, insurance)

• Fluent in German
